Kimberly Ann Dompke, 46, of Elk Grove Village for 43 years, formerly of Rolling Meadows. She was born June 22, 1971 and passed away June 28, 2017 at Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Loving daughter of Timothy and Susan Dompke nee. Jamrozy; dear sister of Mark (Jennie) Dompke, Laura (Kieth) Galvez and David (Kristen) Dompke. Cherished aunt of Emily, Evan, Ethan, Mason and Kara; dear granddaughter of the late Harold and the late Eleanor Dompke, the late Ervin and the late Ruth Jamrozy. Kimberly had three passions: her nieces and nephews, her dog Payton and teaching. She graduated from Conant and DePaul University with two master degrees in education. She worked 20 years for District 54 at Lakeview School in Hoffman Estates. She tried to make every child feel special with love and compassion. Visitation Sunday July 2 from 3-9pm at Grove Memorial Chapel 1199 S. Arlington Hts. Rd. Elk Grove Village. Chapel prayers Monday July 3rd at 10am followed by a 10:30am Mass at St. Julian Eymard Church 601 Biesterfield Rd. Elk Grove Village. Interment All Saints Cemetery – Des Plaines. James A. “Jay” Wubbolding, 59, a lifelong resident of Elk Grove Village. He was born in Indianapolis, IN. and passed away June 28, 2017 at Lutheran General Hospital. Prior to Jay’s illness he was employed by Masuda Funai Law Firm of Chicago in information technology. He was also an avid guitar player. Loving father of Jonathan Sharwarko; dear brother of John L. (Cindy) Wubbolding, Philip E. (Carol) Wubbolding, Mary C. Shellenberg (Gary Lamm) and Christine F. Wubbolding (Joseph Urbanski); cherished son of the late John F. and the late Bertha C. Wubbolding nee. Conradi. He leaves behind many loving nieces, nephews and friends especially his best friend Marty (Eileen) Barlow. Visitation Wednesday July 5th, from 4-9 pm at Grove Memorial Chapel. Chapel prayers Thursday, July 6th at 9:30 am followed by a 10 am Mass at Queen of the Rosary Church, 750 Elk Grove Blvd., Elk Grove Village. Private inurnment will be at St. Michael Cemetery – Palatine. In Lieu of Flowers, Memorial contributions can be made to Lutheran General Hospital for Stroke and Neuroscience Medicine. Joseph R. Such, 61, longtime Elk Grove resident; passed away June 20, 2017. He was a 43-year dedicated employee of S&C Electric Co. He was the beloved husband and best friend of Janice for 37 years; loving father of Nick, Danny (Kristen), and Laura-Ashley Such; cherished opa of Anton Joseph Deshida-Such; dear son of the late Henry and the late Anna Such; and fond brother of Frank Such. Loving brother in law of Stanley and Mary Guzik. Devoted uncle of Colleen and Chris Guzik. Loving caretaker of his wonderful dogs Bailey and Fiona. He was always willing to help anyone in need and put his family first. Joe will live forever in our hearts. A visitation will be held Friday, June 23, from 3 to 9 p.m. at Grove Memorial Chapel, 1199 S. Arlington Hts. Rd., Elk Grove Village. Funeral Service Saturday, June 24, at 4 p.m. at Prince of Peace United Methodist Church, Elk Grove Village. Memorial contributions to Prince of Peace, appreciated.
